1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Products and Services

Kudadaan offers eco-conscious dustbins made from 100% recycled PET plastic. All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Purchasing and Payment

When making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All payments must be made through our authorized payment processors. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement via your Kudadaan account or by contacting customer support.
• Full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After Dispatch:

• Cancellation is not allowed once the order is shipped.
• You may request a return after receiving the product (see below).

5. Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

• Only unused products in original packaging are eligible for return.
• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Shipping and handling charges may be applicable on case to case basis after receiving the cancellation request.

Non-returnable Items:

• Used, damaged (due to user handling), or customized products.
• Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable".

Return Process:

1. Contact customer support with order details and reason for return.
2. Our team will schedule a reverse pickup (if serviceable).
3. Once the product passes quality check, a full refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

Refund Modes:

• Original payment method (UPI/Card/Netbanking): 5–7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer or wallet credit after pickup confirmation.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• Kudadaan will offer a free replacement or full refund after verification.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and methods vary based on your location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Kudadaan and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our website or interfere with any other party's use of our website.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kudadaan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
